I generally dont like this mindset of people. But i think they are correct in this matter.

eventually interest rates have to go down. 2-3 years lo thaggochu. Next year elections unnayi. So cheppalemu. Intha high interest rates tho elections ki velley dammu dems ki unda ani.

Exactly. I dont have lot of insights about other areas. Bayarea lo aithey 4% ki interest rate poyinappudu min 15-20% avuthayi prices current prices tho compare chesthey.
