duryaodhana Posted July 19, 2023 Report Posted July 19, 2023 I really had a very bad experience today and after circling for 10 hours in airport ( 3 hours between Ticketing counters) I returned home from airport... that's especially for their mistakes.. For asking questions.. the ticketing people said, I was talking rudely and arguing unnecessarily. Quote

These ticketing staff are trained to use our tone/language against us. Its to side track the issue and if we lose it, they report. Best is to stay on topic, control tone and ask questions that show their incompetency. Whatever they are saying, ask them to put in email or give a note. anyways there should be a link to post complaints on their site. Also you can give your complaint to Better business bureau. Quote
