Asalu vishayam idi kaadu ... mostly every restaurant has a 6 month honeymoon period. They all run no matter how good/bad the food is. Challenge is to maintain quality/consistency after that. Even if they achieve, they have to deal with people getting bored of the food. They have to keep adding new menu items and keep up with the trends in the other restaurants. Its tough to safeguard your chef's as well as others try to poach. Anduke so many failed restaurants even though they started well.

Nenu Japan ki vellinappudu oka big and well run restaurant concept nachindi. They have 4-5 items for lunch. It changes every day from Mon-Fri. Next week also different menu. They mix and match menu and not many are repeated with in 6 weeks.

Try mutton ghee roast at Biryani Junction & Temptations in dublin. Best of the lot. You can try other dishes too.

Amaravati - Food is good, but only order. Dont ever try their lunch buffet over weekend. Their veggie appetizers are amazing. We still like the biryanis there.

Paradise - Food is good. But he messes up the orders quiet a lot. Make sure your order is correct while you pick up.

shalimar - I like Roti/curries.

Cafe Tazza - I like the variety in this restaurant. Chole bature, chat is good. Most food above average. Biryanis NOT GOOD.

Peacock/biryani bistro/hyd biryani house - STOPPED eating there long back.

Aha - not good. I have not tried but many people told.

Idi varaku akkada biryani bowl vundedi dhani name change chesara?

That's y one should not get into restaurant business unless they know all recipes, formulas and a good cook.

Even if you know the recipes you need to cook yourself - Only People who dont have skills , work permits or Legal status only come to work at restaurant's for min wage jobs - What do you expect from them ? Even Mexicans dont work in Restaurants now a days because they want to enjoy weekends . Food industry has changed a lot  .

You could be right. I used to see either desis or mexicans in most restaurants. Not sure who are working those jobs now.
