WFH from past 3 yrs working for Indian IT Major in bangalore..

but recently they are asking to come to office for 3 days a week...

nenu inko 2-3 months time kavali ani adigaa...

But trend reversed in bay area. Starting Sep-Oct most companies asked emp to come back to office.
