It is a biopic and a documentary with no action.. what did you expect? Critics and some Americans might like it because of the historical significance of building the atom bomb.. we won’t connect to it.. same issue with dunkirk too

The movie and that part of history was connected to many European nations that time... if you see, most of the scientists involved were either Europeans or Americans who were just migrated or second generation migrants.

It also involves the best European Universities and Institues.

Mostly - German Physicists  (inside & Outside Germany)--- from 1850-1945 -- who gave best of the best to the World are involved.

Had they produced a movie on the people who invented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, Internet, computers... we would have watched it twice on IMAX. But they won't.

adhi oka pedda charithra....Atom Bomb did really establish World Peace. Without which there are at least a dozen wars going on every where in the World at any single time.

If you see carefully, after 1945 the only country which lost a major chunck of its Geography is Pakistan. (Loosing Bangaldesh in 1971).

After 1945, its relatively a peaceful world. Of course, USA was still responsible for Vietnam and Afghan wars but definitely large swaths of World was at peace.

True ayivundachhu Bro but because of that atom bomb , now every dom dicky harry country has nuclear weapons ready and imagine if all of a sudden county X throws on country Y and then chain reaction happens across world...

atleast normal air/land wars loo they have breathing time here its instant smash of civilizations which is scary and unhealthy for human species and even rest of natural world..

US did bad thing by starting these nuclear weapons they just would have tried normal ways of handling japan max it would have got delayed... already germany surrended kada without need of atom bomb..

what oppenheimer did as individual is perform his action without thinking about too many things on ethics and morality, thinking about implications while doing big things are distractions from doing your actions
