Without kid's mother అంటే సాహసమనే చెప్పాలి! 

3 years is not young at the same time not too old.

I would say not a good idea.

May be get your parents or mother to US first, if possible. Then they can return home along with you & kid.

If not, travel with your wife. That's the only solution.

you need to show it in airport i think....if you are carrying minor without both the parents..

3 years old is not that bad.

buy her a toy in the airport stalls.  carry lot of food she likes. load the ipad/tablet with kids shows

bring a sturdy stroller....dont ignore this. its tiring to hold them for long walks

keep her happy..she will be fine.
