If there is scarcity, then govt should at least increase the price and procure it. If there is no scarcity, then the govt should not ban exports. 

 

Looks like the Central govt is to blame here.

కేంద్రం లో ఎవ్వరు ఉన్నా ఆంధ్ర కి తెలంగాణ కి ఏమి ఇవ్వరన్నది స్పష్టం గా తెలుస్తుంది.
అసలు రాష్ట్రం విడిపోక ముందే పెద్దగా ఇచ్చేవారు కూడా కాదు. అప్పటికి ఉన్న MP సీట్ల గురించి ఒకటి అరా వస్తూ ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడు అది కూడా పోయింది. 
ఇంకా వీళ్ళని  ఎవ్వరు పట్టించుకోరు. అసలు డెలిమిటేషన్ తరువాత పట్టించుకునే నాధుడు అంతకన్నా ఉండదు. తెలంగాణ కి ఉన్నా 17 ఎంపీ సీట్స్ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి అవసరం అయితే తప్ప ఏమి రాదు.

Who sells sona masoori to FCI? TG problem with central is only regarding parboiled rice..correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Govt approval for rice export is a different thing.. but why do govt have to buy rice from farmers? And why do they need MSP?
