I am not sure about each state but I expect price gouging to be one of elementary customer protection by all states. Enforced by both State and Federal's Attorney General's office under the DoJ and the FBI. Remember when there were many news of arrests made by FBI for selling toilet paper at outrageous prices during CoViD?
