Indian rockets have huge lift off weights but low pay load. They use a lot fuel and expensive but deliver very little payload.

baabu you must read unbiased sources not indian media.

Indian rocketry is almost all imported tech. PSLV still runs on Viking technology of 70s. Compare lift off weights and payload weights of isro and comparable chinese or american launchers.
