rapchik Posted October 23, 2010 Report Posted October 23, 2010 Maverick film maker Ramgopal Verma had to face the ire of Telugu Desam Party cadres across the state for projecting former chief minister N T Rama Rao in a cheap manner in his latest film “Rakta Charitra” released all over the state on Friday.The TDP cadres in different parts of the state went on the rampage in the theatres screening the Ramgopal Verma’s film, ransacked the furniture and tore away the screen for showing NTR in bad light. It started with Anantapur and spread to different parts of the state including in coastal Andhra Pradesh. They alleged that NTR was projected a villain in the film.[img]http://www.greatandhra.com/newphotos/shatrughan-sinha21287769720.jpg[/img]However, those who watched the film felt that NTR’s character was more of a comical one than a villain. “Shatrughan Sinha did not do justice to the role because if was not characterized well.
