I had one. Got 2 bags from Costco 

Indian store had the royal at $30(same one as Costco. Costco sell it for $15) I refused to but it for $30

Indian govt aythe em cheppaledu. Covid time lo wheat ban still active I think ( I am not sure). E db lo someone said said it is because of the late monsoons season and next crop ki set aytahdi ani. News organizations saying it has to do with Ukraine war and domestic shortage and we have feed our people. So rain undi crop correct unte Inko 4-6 months ani I am guessing.
