as a common man, i posted my insights on affordability and financial planning.

In summer for me it costs this much to go to office . 
 

$130 baby sitter 

$10 office lunch , intlo nunchi tisukellacchu but tella Munda kodukulu kathal 10gutharu. Hmm it’s smell nice . 

$8 gas (round trip is 80 miles ) 

$8 tolls if I don’t take express way . 
 

time wasted to get ready , press clothes daily 1 hour . 
 

Time wates in commute  is 2.5 hoirs ( round trip ) 

This is  it including the wear and tear in the vehicle . Adi roughly mile ki $0.5 vesukunna 

total ga $196 avthundi. So waste to go to office .

After school starts my baby sitter bill will be replaced with $45 after school program for both kids . So $111 after school starts

Relocation should be OK if done properly with HR. Their salary must have been adjusted based on the state. They will not be asked to report back to office. Whoever is still in HR system as local will be called upon.
