I dont think people have a choice in this matter esp. in this market. Asalee cost cutting plan chestunna companies, will take this as an opportunity and cut whoever is not ready to come back. Of course there are always critical resources who are dealt differently or given preferential treatment.

To be frank I heard these from Americans on my team. This doesn’t limit to Indians or desis. It’s just human mindset.
