H4 ead processing time

How much time is it taking now? Is there a premium processing for H4 EAD?

There is no premium , but if yiu send your h1h1 premium. H4 h4 ead all come to gather

If its urgnet or show stopper for job In case yiu already of h1 approval , try if your employer supports ammendment for sake of it like slight pay increase etc then yiu can file ammendment premium along with h4 and h4 ead

anna...oka question regarding H4 renewal... Scenario is like H1 and H4 are both expiring Oct 2023 and have valid visa stamping on passport.  H1 extension is filed in premium before Oct 2023 and got approved till Oct 2026 where as H4 ext is not filed.  If H1 and H4 cross border by land to Canada and return to US, then can H4 get new I94 till Oct 2026 by showing primary H1 I797 copy?

In this case if they get new I94, then while filing H4-EAD what proof should we file for valid I94?

H4 ext is not automatic for port entry. You have to get stamping outside if you left country without h4 ext

Anna if you are planning to use AR by showing spuses h1b 1797 better to do when h4 I94 is still valid at the poe spouses h1b , because it's discretion of officer worst case I94 will be of h4 if lucky extended till primary h1 , your proof is whatever the I 94 you get at poe

During h4 delay time many people tried its based on discretion of poe with Automatic revalidation showing spuses I797 approval

Thanks anna.... actually both H1 and H4 has valid visa stamping till Dec and also has Canada visa...so this month our company is planning to apply H1 extn.... last few times, i have applied H4 by myself and thinking to try this approach of crossing Canada by border and get H4 extended..if not, i will apply H4 extn also by myself...kakapothe daniki malla 420 bokka ani thinking anthe

Oh better apply to gether so that u get h1 h4 ead together

yes anna... may be thats what i will do...just send H4 and EAD to attorney  and ask him to include that with H1

It's legal nothing wrong poe degara it's discretion as h4 is dependent many used that for advantage during h4 lengthy delays but recently after lawsuit every one is applying to getherr
