Problem is she didn't get lecturer posting job even after securing PhD..so that's why she gave this interview for people to know ...that was main topic... her husband tried best for government posting ..she has bc reservation too .. at least temporary posting... But problem is she is still in poverty..her PhD degree failed to return income..  hopefully this video will put pressure 

This will demotivate poor people around who wants to defeat poverty through education.

 

This is reason people leave India to abroad.. 

My maths teacher who has PhD earned more salary with equal cost of living in Ethiopia..which is much poorer country than India !! 

Same applies to several IT scholars..

And people who didn't get visa and become desh bhakts over night question when students come to USA for masters ... That they are leaving motherland behind , no love for India etc etc

I agree with you. So many people left our country, as we been taught to give importance to money only and a profession is only valued based on how much money you can earn and research and pharma field have been getting very less income. I have done Bachelors in Pharmacy and thought I will not be earning enough money with the responsibilities that I have.  

Research is very much under valued in India.
