AP is a hit or miss baa …

uscis site saying 8 months avg processing time

practically 17 months. 

12 months nunchi waiting unnollu 3 people i know

bro 3 months to 2 years epudanna approval ravachu don't use gc ead use H1b

Ok bro. Was thinking moving to GC EAD. It seems nothing easy . Have to continue on H1B.

GC ead lo u don't need to have a payroll for job loss , 1 year pay check lekunna em kadu and u can work for any employer. GC ead no premium processing and it takes months to years for approval, neeku emergency travel vasthe u are pucked up

H1b u can work for only one employer and have 60 days to find a new job and employer, u can't stay on bench for more than 2 months. H1b has premium processing and can go to india for visa stamping for emergency travel.

H1b is better and u can use premium processing. Nuvvu GC ead move aithe U can't come back to H1-b
