yes, mom or dad can take kid to the interview. It should be quick but has to be in person. once you get kids passport, schedule visa appointment and at the gate tell them you have a minor appointment and they will allow you.

better to cancel existing appointments for H1 and H4 , kid ki passport vachinaka schedule 3 slots together

H4 under 14 no interview. Dropbox lo documents submit cheyyadame
