i think they can afford 2k rent , but want some thing safe with kids and near a very good school district

Need more details on his situation to advise. Scottsdale is an expensive place. Indians kavali ante Chandler better. School districts kuda baguntayi. Mee family details like age of kids, car, wife capability, office ekkada, hybrid aa, remote aa, daily vellala, ivanni chepte better cheppochu. Many people like him opt for nextgen aka casita aka mother in law units. They are typically around 800 sqft.. may come furnished or unfurnished.. and costs ~1500-1650 which may include utilities as well.. ilantivi kavalante paina cheppina websites chudandi.. else a simple google search will also help.. the advantage with these places is you will be able to find a telugu owner who will be supportive to your family initial days lo.. mee personal situations and thoughts chepte, suggest cheyagalanu.. better stay in Chandler if it works out.. lots of Indians and support for you..
