My honest opinion and interest, swiss watches ki pettochu ee smart watches ki pettae money, may not be luxury watches like Omega, Patek Philippe but Tissot Powermatic, Grand Seiko mechanical watches carry value for very long.

I got one to monitor my heart rate to see if there are any irregularities, it alerts me sometimes if it notices high heart rate. 

cellular unte you can even keep phone at home and go to work, paying in restaurants etc is also a breeze, lighter wallet.

mine is Apple Watch series 8 , it’s actually very heavy, I get some wrist pain if I do not tighten the band correctly during sleep, other than that it’s good for what I want to use.

If worth if you use it well, but up to you on how to use.
