Chala mandi chestaru ila. People want to make sure new job is good before deciding. Use your PTOs/leave at your old office and say you are going on vacation/etc. Once you are sure, give 2 week notice and complete formalities. Issues undav. Don't tell your colleagues.

if you aske me specifically any body had issues previosuly many will not have overlap. Even my self had 2 week overlap long back so better to be conservative

Unless there are specific clauses mentioned from both companies...

legally no issues.

But naaku telisi kotta offer letters are all adding that clause by default, earlier it was only for competitor companies, but now blanket rule for all.

so check and join.
