if you win the auction but don't pay the amount, you will lose the initial 1 lakh prebid emd

Intentionally 70k, 80k bid esi, pay cheyakapothe next highest bidder will get chance to buy right, vaduvkuda fake bidder ayithe , next, somehow evado final ga kontadu kada.

please update me, iam curious to what price it goes from base price, just in case if it’s 25k per SqY base price.. 

last time I tried of participating, but it asked for some 5L deposit, and some formalities.. akkada drop ayyanu
