i don't think producers are that dumb

they invest based on their target audience

mass elements unna stories theesinapudu they spend on mass heroes, all the tollywood heroes have thier own fan base and no matter how good or bad the movie is, min collections are guaranteed if a specific actor has screen presence.

similarly SSR spends lot of money on marketing

raghavendra rao spends on fruits

bellamkonda spends on heroines

That's because producers are ready to give them. They are focusing more on hit songs, choreography, routine story, cheap romance with heroines. And people seem to like them and fighting to get tickets. 

As long as fans are there to blindly support the heroes and the producers are ready to pay .. it will continue
