My heart bleeds for the people like him, there are hundreds like these who fought against the tyrannical British Empire, both from Hindu and Muslim sides, but never got limelight.

ఈ దేశానికీ దండయాత్ర కి వచ్చినవాళ్లు లో ఇద్దరిలో ఒకరు ముందు వచ్చారు ఇంకొకరు తరువాత వచ్చారు. మొదటి నుంచి ఉన్నవారు భారతీయులు. అది హిందువులు, బౌద్ధులు, జైనులు, శిఖులు. మన దేశం లో ఇస్లామిక్ సంస్కృతి ఒక భాగం అనుకుంటే అదే విధంగా బ్రిటిష్ సంస్కృతి కూడా ఒక భాగమే! ఒకటి అయ్యి ఇంకోటి కాకుండా ఉండదు. అయితే రెండు అవ్వాలి లేకపోతే రెండు కాకూడదు!
