I can hold for 10 years. ee west side mokila, kokapet end use ki better but not for investment anipistundi, already rates too much unnai. not interested in east side (hayatnagar and all that areas). Even if the prices are high, always invest in the most happening places or where growth is expected. Golden triangle esp Mokila seems to be growing at rapid pace. Quote

Once upon a time like a decade ago, madhapur, hi tech city and Gachibowli lo ki surrounding lo afford to live or investment cheyalem ani, chandanagar, beeramguda, beyond Gajularamaram varaku boom unnindhi, konthamandi, west avoid chesi shadnagar, Medchal or ghatkesar side invested.
