if u r still in msa it should be fine

if its same msa legally you can work within MSA, its based on LCA.

why didnt you update your new address with your employer, did you move after filing h1b. even then you need to update new address with uscis/employer.

10 miles i think it is in the MSA, don't worry update the LCA and go for stamping

Yes moved after filing ..just 5 to 6 miles

uscis AR 11 form.. when ever you change address even within  MSA limits.. always udpate AR11 form...
