Can someone tell me if  there is a premium processing for the COS(Change of status) for H4 to H1? TIA

H1 processing ki premium untundhi, it doesn't depend of the previous status anukunta as far as I know..

do you meant for change of status too from h4 to h1?

It will be actually H1 processing so you can file premium..
