my observations :

• This is old home, foundation gatra chusukovali.
• Small home ( 2300 sqft)
• 2 baths unnayi, 2 kids unte future malli relocate avvali.
• market lo 40 days nunchi undhi... yendhuko. Asking price kuda ravatledu anukunta. realtor vattakayi mida kottu 25 extra anta
• lot and backyard is huge

seriously man, nenu 2021 lo konna. Appati situation ki mana loudalo desi realtors tho pettukunte pani kaadu ani ardam ayyindi

went with Redfin after working with two desi realtors and redfin process was smooth as butter, they even gave me 4k back from the commission. Will never ever work with desi realtors again
