went with Redfin after working with two desi realtors and redfin process was smooth as butter, they even gave me 4k back from the commission. Will never ever work with desi realtors again

my observations :

• This is old home, foundation gatra chusukovali.
• Small home ( 2300 sqft)
• 2 baths unnayi, 2 kids unte future malli relocate avvali.
• market lo 40 days nunchi undhi... yendhuko. Asking price kuda ravatledu anukunta. realtor vattakayi mida kottu 25 extra anta
• lot and backyard is huge

 

Agree location matters but a illu ki 650 pettadam badhulu inko 100k petti new construction is better

showings ki kuda sarigga raaru, saakulu cheptaru and anniti kante important communication. vaadi ooru accent naake ardam kaadu, inka competitive market lo selling agents tho veellu deal cheyyaleru ani fix ayina

at a point I was so frustrated, I thought of getting a license and dealing on my own

I went with desi realtor 4% cash back itchadu for new house.I am happy with the cash back

two showings ki rakunte you should fire them immediately. they can't deal for sure, sofisticated kaadu kabatte realtor ga chesthunnaru. sophisticated ga unte manaki scrum master ga rara !!
