I don’t understand! I sold it in 2023 marchissh and the person who got it had an interest rate of 5.8 issh ! How is that low ? I have known people who got 3 during covid ! And there were only 2 homes in that neighborhood that got sold above my price ! This month they were selling it lower than the prices in march !
