I controlled my cholesterol..however it went high again.. and came back to high value..like they where 1 year ago

I stopped eating dinner and ate just fruits , my cholesterol went down.

 

If you reduce weight a lot of changes happen, try controlling diet to your regular routine. 

 

Also applies to diabetes, I was prediabetic last year , this year normal level.

What are you worried about? Your cholesterol numbers are decent. Only thing you need to work on is to lower your LDL by a little bit. 

You don't need to go on a diet. Reduce eating outside. That's enough. If you need to further reduce your numbers, reduce carbs in your diet. 

Total Cholesterol = LDL + HDL + (Triglycerides/5)

That's why doctors suggest eating fruits low in sugar. Like berries (minus blue berry), banana (has sugar but plenty of potassium), Kiwi Fruit (best), Oranges, etc.
