If you reduce weight a lot of changes happen, try controlling diet to your regular routine. Also applies to diabetes, I was prediabetic last year , this year normal level. 2 Quote

Your cholesterol numbers are decent. Only thing you need to work on is to lower your LDL by a little bit. You don't need to go on a diet. Reduce eating outside. That's enough. If you need to further reduce your numbers, reduce carbs in your diet. Total Cholesterol = LDL + HDL + (Triglycerides/5) 1 Quote
