Ibrahimpatnam land prices

How are the land prices at ibrahimpatnam and the prospects for growth?

I recently bought LRS approved land at Jana Harsha dream city at ibrahimpatnam for 7k/syd. This venture is so close to ibrahimpatnam town with all facilities and within 5kms from ORR and I never understood why prices are so cheap just in this area with well developed layout.

any suggestions to hold long time or to exit soon on this venture?

Kodiga sagar road mida development kodiga takva antaru anna compared to warangal highway, srisaialm high way etc , apudu edo pharama city, edo electronic chips city anaru sappudu ledu , plus miru tisukunadi bongulur junction avtala, bonguluru ki ivtala turkayamjal degara kodiga expensive untadi. It's ok elada aitye endi unchuko anna ipud market baledu election ayevarako  wait apadi varaki Ibrahim Putnam cheruvulo kayak 😀

aa layout lo internal roads and general maintainence ledu.. andukey prices covid ninchi antey unnai.

Maintenance is decent but sure not upto the mark of new layouts. But we’ll planed layout. No land issues. close to orr. Close to ibrahimpatnam town. 
still prices are only 7k. Probably the only area left in Hyd to grow

ORR tukkuguda exit nundi just 50kms on Srisailam highway (very close to proposed RRR) daggara 6K chepthunnaru bro....mari ORR ki 5kms to 7k per sq yd ante naku.....

Tokkukuguda and bonguluru junction is not same annna similar to nanakram guda and appa junction, bongulur mida kodiga takva adibatla kodiga near anukovochu but still

@csrcsr..nenu cheppedhi kuda adhey bro both are not same ani (nenu cheppindi tukkuguda exit nundi 50kms away bro towards proposed RRR )

not same kakapoyina similar rates unnayi ante ekkado koduthundi....

I know  anna niku telusu anni , just demand aspect lo cheotuna some how sagar road bongulur junction has least demand not sure why malli turkyamjal,  bn reddy nagar itu vaipu ok lot of plots are in litigation overall no hyper growth

BN reddy land issues resolved bro, govt regularized and people are getting their plots registered. We brought 250 sq yards for 25k/yard I believe in 2018-19 now it going for 80k - 1 lac. SKD nagar to be precise. Next block to DPS school.
