Torrrur is not towards hayath nagar? Film city side kada anna ? Naaku peddaga idea ledu don't know values exactly anna , sagar road specific ga konni lands unayi relatives tho pothula konaru ala telusu

actual pin point is this... i think this is between hayat nagar and turkayamjal... akkada buildings anni unnayi....still not sure abt development

I recently bought LRS approved land at Jana Harsha dream city at ibrahimpatnam for 7k/syd. This venture is so close to ibrahimpatnam town with all facilities and within 5kms from ORR and I never understood why prices are so cheap just in this area with well developed layout.

any suggestions to hold long time or to exit soon on this venture?
