Hospitals are not Hotels. If the person does not need medical care they can't get in and expect to stay like in a hotel. 

Most of the patients in the video are expecting free shelter and food in the hospital. Unfortunately the insured patients end up paying for these home less uninsured patients that are looking to stay in the hospitals. New channels don't tell you the real story.
