If you want Desi community just go to apartment complex parking and smell. Manchi curry, masala and sambar smell vaste thats your community.

Adjacent to 121 highway Plano/Frisco/McKinney/Allen areas lo apartments and schools anni baguntaayi.. full of desis.. check the state level school ratings in schooldigger or niche.. anything below 300 is a good school (for elementary).. 

If you don’t have kids, go to areas with bad schools for lower rents.. rents are high in this area as the schools are very good..

Then go to low cost areas where the rents are lower.. you don’t want to pay the premium that they charge you for good schools.. where is your office?

Try mcdermott place apartments.. 1B/1B $1500 undi.. for a 930 sft apartment.. they have bigger floor plans.. 

usually $1500 for 1b1b common aipoindi after the pandemic.. and they are usually very small too in other apartments.
