Yes market is suuper, my friend just started looking for 4th job since last friday, he got offer yesterday with 400k base pay and 200k sign-in bonus, fully remote hence he accepted it as 4th job.. He is still getting calls from direct company HRs for direct offers without even tech interview looking at his LinkedIn profile. He switched off his phone as he is getting too many calls. He said he’ll adjust sometime once he starts working on this new 4th job and then look for and accept 5th from mid next month.
