looks like they are biting the bullet this market selling for loss as they cannot afford maintenance etc...

 

found the home... what you said seems to be right, just a 2800 sqft not lankantha kompa.

in market since May, made multiple price cuts.

Peer pressure is root cause for all these things. Poor chaps. Its easy to comment from outside not to get into these peer pressure things. But in reality we all fall for it at some point or other. 

As long as we have means to do it its OK. But tahathu ki minchi cheste, results will be bad. 

Buying house is a big commitment. Everyone has to do with in their own means. Living in an apartment or renting a townhome/house is no shame.
