My friend married second time without divorcing her ex husband 10 years ago.. she has kids through her second marriage .. she is going through financial crisis .. can she apply for divorce with her ex husband now and ask for alimony ? Wife is settled in US with her kids and husband and ex is in India .. is it legal for the wife to ask for alimony from the ex husband ? Mitsu Chavda any suggestion?

chala kashtam yaar. Seek legal help so she doesn't get into more legal troubles from Indian legal system and including LOSING her Indian passport and US visa for marrying twice and having 2 hubbies (legally, she is still married to her ex too as of now) and LYING on her US visa application. This could turn really ugly!!
