correction in RE is basically stagnated prices for years...mana gorrelu after buying they wont sell it for less than break even price....no one has an idea about time value of money...a rupee today will not have the same value after 10 years

My relatives have 40 acres land divided among 4 kids , one of the kid took 5 laks from us for the 10 acres back in 1999 , but we only took interest and didn’t ask for papers , they couldn’t pay the money on time and asked us to keep the land but my dad said take your time and pay , they paid us back by 2005 with only half interest.
