I know 90% are IT. Do share your experienc.e

Did you choose right path?

Or what would have done better?like doctor or something.

How happy satisfied are you with your current one.

If me next generation ki em suggest chestharu? would you expect them to do same IT Jobs or your profession?

after working for more than 14 years I am 100% happy that I was able to work remotely in Covid which leaves to option that I am satisfied with my profession

If not IT I would have ended up with some business or a career in corporate finance analyst

I wouldnt recommend my IT Job to next generation, rather I would say become homeless thats fine but never work under someone.

There are plenty of ways to make money, suck this routine 9 to 5 slavery jobs at the end no one counts how much loyal are you to the company, it only counts how much useful if not they may let you go in one day.

Endanno Path marchav :D Good post.

Is it Right Path -> Financially best move for me.   always give 100% in whatever I do. So enjoyed the career so far. I would not change anything (coz of money),but hypothetically speaking, dream would be pursuing Agriculture, Fnancial Analyst, Pilot, entrepreneur, or any job that involves travelling to other places.

Very content with whatever I did so far. But I plan to do something else soon.

Next generation -> Whatever they want to pursue. They are smart enough to decide what they want to do.

Loyalty has not much value in corporate IT Jobs esp. You are getting paid to do the job. If a person gets more money in another job, without much thinking they would leave. Likewise, If the company does not need you, they will let you go.

Job hopped ante ?

Job hopping is a trend that is growing exponentially in the labor market, mainly referring to professionals who change jobs frequently and voluntarily.2 Job hoppers stay at a job for approximately one to two years, and some job-hoppers are dissatisfied with where a particular job leads in the future, so they hop to another job with a better career path.1
