For those booking, rescheduling or modifying visa appointment. 1. If you booked appointment in old portal and transferred details to new portal, only primary applicant appointment details will be transferred, secondary applicant or dependent appointment details won’t be transferred. 2. To see dependent or secondary appointment details in new portal, we need to call customer care, give them a new email and they will make it link to dependent or secondary applicant passport. 3. Create new account for dependent and view appointment. 4. If you need to reschedule, primary applicant and dependent appointment you need to do them separately. I hope this helps. 5. Old portal had both dependent and Primary applicant visa class as H1, this is updated in new portal. To fix this, for depends we need start a new application in the latest portal, select H4, enter fee receipt number and schedule an appointment. My issue: I rescheduled appointment in the new portal since I was able to see the dependent details, now my appointment is rescheduled and my dependents appointment is not rescheduled, dates between primary applicant and dependent applicants  appointments is 25 days. We booked tickets based off rescheduled appointment and now everything is a mess. To add to this story, primary applicant now cannot login further due to website administrator issue, so primary applicant cannot reschedule to get a closer date as dependent appointment…😢😢😢 1 Quote

Orginal appointment 14 ki unde flight 10 ki all booked. confirmation kosam ani ne portal lo goin aya dependent kanipichal sare add chedam ani try cheste original appointment cancelled. and trying to re book since a week not letting me do old payment avdu sare adi pote poyindi malla pay chedam anna new payment avdu. customer care is use less they say wait 24 hrs lol now naku ayithe pedda boka paditindi flights oka 4k and other arragemets 1k and visa fee 500. mentals mingi roju 4 beerulu vestu lite tesukunaa inka 2 1 Quote
