With out credit score, rental history…it may not be easy to find an apartment in the first place. Evaranna lease take over batch ni chudadam better emo..

Salary untadi kada bhayya , he has offer letter  and also continuing another job from India

They look for Rental history. Since your cousin has none, they will ask for higher deposit.
