How could YSR lie about Telangana in matter of days in 2009

POliticians lie. But in that too they follow some limits out of shame.

In 2009 YSR made positive sounds about telangana then immediately after elections ended there- within days - he trashed telangana saying you need visas to go to hyd if telangana is formed.

How can someone lie so publicly to people in matter of days? any reason?

there re are several politicians who said that they ll take raajakeeya sanyasam for various reasons.. no one took.. idi kuda antey
