Well said, bro. One of my uncles kinda forced to buy lands in amaravathi before elections last year for 7 crores an acre. Kacchitanga after elections 40 crores ani full pressure. there is hmda plot auction in mokila west hyd today with no basic infrastructure and low lying lands the rate is 70k/sqyd min and 1L+ max for 2 plots imagine the money that people are pouring into real estate even for places with no livability
