Most likely they don't want to have any outstanding loan by the end of MS.  No patience to wait until graduate and pay off after they get a real job.  Not many come here for their interest in further studies but only to earn money with shortcuts and "settle" fast/young - the gen Z thing.

Well many ki lands vunnai kaka. naa TG cousin vachetappudu loan lathkor lekunda one acre ammi 10ngadu agri land. He got good money and memu antha help chesam like Ind la pettukoni aa money ikkada vaadi fees pay chesam. too much money kada ikkadiki theesakosthe conversion ki work avvadhu and tax proper way la pothe. he did good withour pressure. Ippudu full time job vachindhi and parents never regret veedi matter la land ammam ani. Good thing is parents debt free veedu same aa Part time kuda just saradha ga chesadu. This is true, about $5-$6 pay/hr.

2 months back, oka desi restaurant ki poyina, MS pilagadu unnadu serve chese deggara. Manchiga serve chesidu and very attentive and very friendly. Just casual ga adigina, if I tip you will you get any better pay? No annadu so gave no tip in check and gave him tip in cash.

Malli last week poyina, the same guy was there and I was giving tip in cash and he said to tip in Check itself. Matter endi ante, Desi restaurant owner gadu pottu pottu tittindu anta, you are not serving properly and not helping customers andhuke you are not getting tips ani. If this bad behavior continues he will be kicked out from the restaurant and look for another. He is paid $6/hr anta. This is the pay given 15 years ago.

Advised him to look for White collar job than this blue collar one.

అసలు గవర్నమెంట్ మెడికల్ కాలేజీలో చదివినవాడు ఇంకా ఏడుస్తున్నారు! వీళ్లంతా కస్టపడి ఓపెన్ క్యాటగిరీ లో మంచి రాంక్ కొట్టి ఎంబీబీస్, పీజీ లో మంచి రాంక్ కొట్టి జాబ్స్ కి ఈ రష్యా/యుక్రెయిన్/చైనా బ్యాచ్లు కాంపిటీషన్! ఇవన్నీ కాకుండా లాస్ట్ ఐదు, ఎనిమిది సంవత్సరాలనుంచి పోరగాళ్లంతా many kids USMLE కి చదుతున్నారు! ఈ exam కూడా చాలా tough అయినా కూడా లెక్కచెయ్యకుండా 3 స్టెప్స్ రాసి మరి వస్తున్నారు US లో పీజీ చెయ్యటానికి!
