My friend had to go to court for ~ 4 months because his dog bit a boy when they went to a park. The attorney provided evidence that his wife is mentally unstable and can't take the dog for a walk. After 4 months, they gave judgement that dog should be euthanized, but the week before judgement they sent the dog away secretly with his parents to Mexico.
