Mountain house .. 3000 Sq.FT house max 900k ki vasthademo ... wont drop below that. Will be super happy if it falls below that. There are plenty of people with cash to buy if prices drop.

I live nearby and have plenty of friends. I don't think we will be seeing pre-pandemic prices for houses. Return to office will force some people to sell but not all. Ppl have been living in mountain house even before pandemic. 

Anyways lets see. I will be super happy if it does come down to 500-600k.
