Have a plot and evaluating to give it to builder for constructing apartments. 
how many total sft for flats can be built? 
builder share and land owner share later..for now how many flats and sft can be built on each floor?

depends on the plot dimensions...approx 30 sqft for 1 sq yrd...so you can calculate the land owner share based on the percentage you are getting as your share

With 30% set backs , each floor will have built-up space 6300Sft.

The above is for premium local where you can expect buyers who can afford 3bhk flats and 2BHK with that built up space.
