actually father ki oka profile, mother ki oka profile create chesindi maa sister teliyaka...and when you create profile, it stores their passport information including DOB.... but now i want to add mother as dependent in my father profile, so that they can go to interview together in one time slot...when i try to add her as dependent by giving all her details, it says another profile (mother account) exists with these details. You should call customer service to delete this ani cheptundi.... vadu chusthe, maa backend team ki issue undi now we are unable to delete.... we will let you know when this is done ani cheptundu
