Gorrela Manda Investors buying Townhomes in Frisco

Last year large group of Desi Investors bought townhomes and without leaving opportunity for people who actually needed a place a live. 

The townhomes are all now listed for rent. 

Now they all are competing in reducing the rents and trying to rent out in loss because rents wont cover the Loan payment with 7% Interest rates.

Ee market lo investment home breakeven kavalante 40-45% down cheyali..

Eeppudu loss lo unna, okasari interest rate taggite cash flow generate avutadi..

Best option if you can do all cash offer...can bargain and pay no interest..Else no point buying or investing with 10-20 % down
